LUCENA CITY – A 20-year-old man drowned while swimming in Taal Lake on Sunday, January 26, in Tanauan City, Batangas.
The Batangas police identified the victim as John Mark Espena, a resident of Parañaque City. Espena was having a picnic with his relatives at the lakeside in Barangay Wawa when the incident occurred.
