The pressure to succeed reigning titleholder Thea Casuncad of Laguna will go full throttle, as the national pageant launched the fourth edition of the Miss Supermodel Worldwide Philippines ahead of its coronation night in 2025.
The search for the Miss Supermodel Worldwide Philippines titleholder has begun as it launched the upcoming iteration of its national pageant through a sashing ceremony in Parañaque.

It’s a modeling competition, but we also want to embody the spirit of pageantry to make sure that our candidates are able to express themselves and promote meaningful causes for their advocacies,” Litao added.
The candidates who were present during the ceremony include Maria Sophia Magsipoc (Taguig City), Alliza Juare (San Jose Del Monte Bulacan), Doreen Ahuja (Pasay), Pia Carillo (Mandaluyong), Kimberly Flores (Caloocan), Lhorie Lyn Tiongco (Laguna), Abegyl Balbuena (Sultan Kudarat), Mher Karizze Narciso (Makati), Nina Laureanna Flores (Las Piñas), and Dyna Ruth Aloguin (Cavite).
Article continues after this advertisementOther competing queens include Maylene Divinagracia (BGC-Taguig), Khiancez Mercado (Province of Rizal), Charyzah Esparrago (Quezon City), Angel Nocidal Laure (Antipolo), Chairylle Dela Cruz (Pangasinan).
Article continues after this advertisementWhile the national tilt is composed of experienced candidates and first-timers, many are looking forward to using the pageant as a platform to improve their skills.
“The exciting part of this pageant is that it’s my first time joining. I was supposed to join this year but I was so hesitant,” Carillo said during the ceremony. “As soon as I read what Miss Supermodel Worldwide is about, which is about inclusivity and diversity, it’s something I believe in yet I’m still nervous about it. But I’ll do my best.”
Article continues after this advertisementMeanwhile, Aloguin is excited to showcase a different standard of beauty in her journey. “As a woman with short hair and also a brown-skinned girl, joining Miss Supermodel Worldwide will help in breaking down the stereotypes in pageantry.”
The Cavite-based lass also hoped that her experience in the Miss Supermodel Worldwide Philippines tilt would inspire “unheard voices” to reach their dreams.

Casuncad, who is the national pageant’s reigning titleholder, also holds the title of Miss Supermodel Worldwide Philippines.

The 2025 edition of the Miss Supermodel Worldwide Philippines will hold its coronation night on Jan. 25.
In its 5 p.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services administration (Pagasa) said that Kristine may develop into a tropical storm in the next 12 hours.
It was also announced that the international edition of Miss Supermodel Worldwide will be held in the Philippinesbetjili, although further details are yet to be announced.
